Can I take something to help with pain?

You can take ibuprofen/aspirin  30 minutes before your appt. It won’t make it painless but it will help.

Can I still get waxed if I'm on my period?

Yes, you may be a bit more sensitive but you can get waxed. Just please have a fresh tampon or a cup in.

Why waxing?

Over time your hair starts to thin out & in some cases stop growing. It is pulling the hair out from the root, so the results last longer and no itching when it grows back in.

What should I know before my wax?

No shaving / tweezing 2 - 3 weeks before your appt.

No need to trim, I will if needed.

If using a retinal, stop using 3 - 7 days before your wax.

How long after my lash extensions / lash lift / brow lamination can I get them wet?

Not for 24 hrs.

Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?

No, however you won't need it. If you want to put mascara on your bottom lashes that is okay.

 To make them appear bolder and fluffier, even without mascara or eyeliner. 

Why lash lift?

It enhances your natural lashes & the upkeep is every 4 - 6 weeks rather than every 2 weeks with lash extensions. This is perfect for my low maintenance people.

Please make sure you have cleaned your lashes & have no makeup on them. 

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time is required. In case of cancellation, a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment price will be charged.
